About Jeff Heiland
Jeff is going into his 26th year as a member of the PGA of Canada/Manitoba.
He was the winner of the 2004 Manitoba assistants championship. He previously worked at Falcon Lake Golf Course for 28 years. He has 20 years experience teaching and coaching all levels of golfers. He started at Rossmere in 2020 as the Head teaching professional where he now runs the junior clinic each summer.

About Darren Mcmillan
Darren started in golf right here at Rossmere at age 9. After a successful junior, amateur and college career Darren turned pro in 1991 at age 20.
Winner of multiple local professional tournaments Darren has always been an accomplished player. Holding a variety of positions in the golf industry including Head Professional, General Manager, Director of Golf operations, Retail store owner to name a few.
That being said Darren’s passion in Golf has always been instruction and helping others. Darren’s teaching style is one that fits for golfers of all skill levels and abilities. Working with where a person is at and not trying to fit everyone into a certain mold or system. Darren is an excellent communicator and truly takes an interest in all his students and genuinely wants to see them improve! Darren has been consistently one of the most sought-after golf instructors in Manitoba for just over 30 years.
